I’ve loved cooking for as long as I can remember. Back in school and college, I used to spend hours in the kitchen, experimenting with ingredients and trying out recipes. What started as curiosity soon turned into a passion—I wasn’t just cooking; I was creating something meaningful with my own hands.
That passion led me to the Culinary Institute of America, where I studied professional cooking and dived deep into global cuisines, classic techniques, and the science behind great food. It shaped the way I see ingredients—not just as parts of a recipe, but as tools for storytelling.

My Career as a Professional Chef
After graduation, I joined La Grande Boucherie NYC as a line cook, where I quickly moved up to Head Chef. I’ve worked with talented teams, managed busy kitchens, and led the creation of seasonal menus. My goal is always the same: to cook food that excites, comforts, and inspires.

One of my favorite parts of being a chef is the creative freedom. Whether it’s perfecting a traditional dish or adding a twist to something familiar, I enjoy pushing boundaries and bringing joy to every plate.
